Benjamin Hardy is one of my favourite authors; his style is clear and his ideas are impactful as well as resonating with my own GLAS research and framework. I’ve been longing for a book to be released about identity - and this was in the right ball park. Like Benjamin, I too have an issue with personality profiling, and assessments that put people in boxes. I also believe that the failure of people understanding self, identity and personality - is a huge issue in wanting to live a better and more fulfilled life.
This book explains in depth what personality is and why it’s a living system that, when combined with your purpose, creates an opportunity for you to take control of who you want to be.
It is a highly enjoyable and fascinating book that is absolutely recommended.
