This is the 2021 release from author, speaker and academic, Brene Brown. Atlas of the Heart is a very different feel from her previous books. It’s a stunning book focused on 13 key themes - as we travel through areas of emotions, traits, states and language. The book is about the connection and awareness of self and others.

Brené continues to be one of our most popular authors, and thought leaders. This book is a different approach for her with the focus being on the language, definitions, meanings of emotions, traits and states of being human.

Each of the 13 chapters explores an area of what we experience in life, such as ‘comparison’. Brené then takes us on a journey of discovery and exploration to better understand a number of areas within this theme. It’s a wonderful book that will be close at hand as a constant reminder of the journey we take in our lives.
