I came across Lauren when listening to a podcast recently. The first thing that struck me was the joy of finding another NO CRAP “life coach” with a solid system - a structured approach - as I have. Lauren’s approach is through the Handel Method. I instantly fell in love with her and her book as it comes from the same place and intent that I hold within GLAS. She, again like I do, lives her work - surely it’s the only way?!
Lauren is a no-apologies kinda coach and takes clients through a journey as we do. While it has a different name, we are certainly aligned! You’ll love this book especially if you commit to following the actions as Lauren instructs so well.
It is a highly enjoyable and fascinating book that is absolutely recommended.
