Primal Leadership (Daniel Goleman, Richard Boyatzis, Annie McKee) Visual Synopsis by Dani Saveker

£3.00

Primal Leadership was first released in 2001 and is still regarded as a critically important book. It’s focus is to help understand the importance and power of emotional intelligence within leadership - starting with how we lead ourselves.

Steeped in research, there are practical examples and frameworks through out the book to help the reader begin to apply the concepts and approaches.

Primal leadership is the concept of attuning teams and individuals to a shared purpose - a vision - through the understanding of their emotions. The term ‘resonant’ leader is used to explain how leadership is about driving emotions in the desired direction.

Dani has previous captured Daniel Goleman’s book ‘Focus’.

Dani Saveker studied Product Design and Marketing at the University of Teesside before joining her family’s manufacturing business. Always fascinated with creativity and design, she enjoys capturing notes from books, workshops, presentations and talks in a visual way.

Turning this passion into something a little more, she began publishing her Visual Synopses in 2017 – without considering the reaction that would follow. Authors, publishers and audiences now follow and share her work as well as using it for promotional and educational purposes. The approach utilises the system she developed known as GLAS (Global Life Alignment System)- a creative method, framework and toolkit to equip entrepreneurs, teams and organisations to progress and perform at a whole new level through building confidence and clarity.
