Permission to Feel (Prof Marc Brackett) Visual Synopsis by Dani Saveker

£3.00

This book was one I was really looking forward to reading. Professor Marc Brackett didn’t let me down at all. Permission to Feel is a wonderful exploration of the importance - breadth and depth - of emotions. From plainly laying out the health, business and family case for understanding emotions to the simple RULER approach to become deliberate and conscious in our own, and others, emotions.

Loved the book and also the Mood Meter - which is referred to.

Dani Saveker studied Product Design and Marketing at the University of Teesside before joining her family’s manufacturing business. Always fascinated with creativity and design, she enjoys capturing notes from books, workshops, presentations and talks in a visual way.

Turning this passion into something a little more, she began publishing her Visual Synopses in 2017 – without considering the reaction that would follow. Authors, publishers and audiences now follow and share her work as well as using it for promotional and educational purposes. The approach utilises the system she developed known as GLAS (Global Life Alignment System)- a creative method, framework and toolkit to equip entrepreneurs, teams and organisations to progress and perform at a whole new level through building confidence and clarity.
