Bittersweet (Susan Cain) visual synopsis by Dani Saveker

£3.00

A stunningly beautiful book that examines the mix of human emotions including sorrow and loss. Bittersweet teaches us that emotions co-exist for a number of reasons and the significance of compassion - which is a fundamental human quality.

The unwrapping of societal pressure to be upbeat and ‘perfect’ helps us see the value of brokenness and the need to express our longing and loss. That these are essential to being real and being human - and to lead well.

Dani Saveker studied Product Design and Marketing at the University of Teesside before joining her family’s manufacturing business. Always fascinated with creativity and design, she enjoys capturing notes from books, workshops, presentations and talks in a visual way.

Turning this passion into something a little more, she began publishing her Visual Synopses in 2017 – without considering the reaction that would follow. Authors, publishers and audiences now follow and share her work as well as using it for promotional and educational purposes. The approach utilises the system she developed known as GLAS (Global Life Alignment System)- a creative method, framework and toolkit to equip entrepreneurs, teams and organisations to progress and perform at a whole new level through building confidence and clarity.
