Torvill and Dean 1975-2025 Final Dance Visual Poster by Dani Saveker
As a former competitive ice dancer herself, Dani wanted to capture 50 years of ice dance inspiration from Torvill and Dean who plan to retire from the ice after their final tour “Our Last Dance”.
This poster is very personal - capturing many of Chris and Jayne’s routines used mainly in competition including Barnum and Mack and Mabel. It also includes quotes from people involved in ice skating, Nottingham Ice Stadium and of course, Bolero - and the score board from the Sarajevo 1984 Winter Olympics.
